Airbus A340

Head-start Aviation Systems is engaged in a large project involving the retrofit of an Airbus A340 from airliner to VVIP configuration. Head-start Aviation is the project leader in this undertaking involving many cultures from different continents. Head-start Aviation Systems is coordinating the entire project, from participating into the final cabin configuration, selection of tenders, delivery process from the airline, maintenance planning/coordination, monitoring and cabin modification/quality process and certification matters. This project is involving major maintenance and cabin completion providers in Europe, North America and the Middle-East.
